Boca de Cote

One of the most popular sites of the south barrier of Los Roques National Park, Boca de Cote is situated 15 miles from the main island of Gran Roque and plays host to a 24km reef whose coral terrace starts at a depth of 3m/10ft. The wall then slopes down at a 45 degree angle to 35m/115 ft, where the coral formations give way to scattered coral bommies that pepper the soft, white sand.
