Named after King Oscar's first wife, Josefinelust despite its beauty is not visited as regularly as the other sites of Kullaberg. Just beyond the shoreline the bottom falls away to about 13m/43ft where the belt of algae ends and the composition changes to sand and rock. From this point heading west a wall will appear, stretching upwards with a ravine that cuts through making an interesting swim-thru. Alternatively heading east the scenery is dominated by the formation of large boulders, the top of these reaching up to 5m/16ft. Continuing further out from the sand and rock the bottom composition changes and becomes silty and soft.
